The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. All sprinklers within the space will be change to quick response type. The sprinkler system apparently has a fire pump in the basement. The mains in this area are 3" with telescoping branch piping.

Building Department Scope:

(SSA/ODAR) Suite 275/280 Permit for tenant improvements to an existing tenant space which will combine Suite 275 and 280 to create a 3,813 sq. ft. space with work to include the demolition of interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of interior nonbearing partition walls to create new office and meeting room spaces as well as two new accessible single user restrooms (Core restrooms exist on this floor), new lighting, new mechanical ducting and all related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans. CDM
