The NAC circuit did not report a trouble to the FACP. The FACP did not report a trouble to the monitoring station and did not activate a trouble signal at the remote annunciator. This is a requirement of NFPA 72 4.4.7.1. The sprinkler tamper switches reported a toruble signal at the remote annunciator and at the monitoring station. The lenses of the new strobes are not mounted between 80" and 96". Also as-builts are needed which show all of the existing a/v's remaining on the existing panel and only the three new a/v's being added to the new NAC panel. Revised EOL voltage drop calculations are needed and battery calculations are needed. There was no actual testing of devices.
