The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a long narrow prefabricate maintenance facility with Z purlin and beam construction. The west portion has a small office area. The sprinkler system is designed for ordinary hazard II. The layout is a side feed system with a 4” main and telescoping branch piping. The system is supplied by 6” C-900 underground piping and a 4” backflow preventer.

Plan Mod Scope:
? Changed the underground slightly
? Added and additional branch line due to construction change. New hydraulics were provided.
? Added a sprinkler below an overhead door. Orignal plans called fore a roll up door.
? Revised the earthquake bracing due to construction.

Building Department Scope:

Boise City Parks - Warm Springs Golf Course - Storage and Office Building - To construct a new 7,105 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal office, shop and storage building. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinkled. (Office: 910 sq. ft., Shop: 1730 sq. ft., Storage: 4465 sq. ft.) All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM


Notice for Fire Protection Contractor:

The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. These changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit they will do so on their own cognizance
