Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a 2" loop with telescoping lines. Pipe sized have not changed. The designer indicates the pipe sizing is based on the original 8th floor calculations. The designer indicated there is a pump that was tested at S-175, R-129, Q-1125. All sprinklers are to be quick response type.

Building Department Scope:

(AHRENS & DeAHGELI - CW Moore Plaza - Ste #660) Permit is to expand a 6,389 square foot tenant space into an adjacent 2,698 square foot tenant space and remodel the new 9,087 square foot tenant space for new tenant. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a four new offices, a 250 square foot conference room, a file room, and a reception area], installation of new accessible doors and hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
