Description
This fire alarm permit is to provide a customer requested manual and automatic detection fire alarm system. The existing Simplex FACP is to be removed. The existing Silent Knight 5207 panel is to remain. Existing fire alarm devices will be replaced with devices compatible with the existing Silent Knight panel. Additional devices are being added as needed to meet current code requirements. There is an existing AES 7750F located in the riser room.

Associated building permit: BLD10-01509 (AT & T - Offices) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 6,180 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the demolition of some interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of new non-bearing partition walls, suspended ceiling repair, lighting and related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. CDM

The horns and strobes did not sync. All other items were ok including the end of line voltage.

Relocate the two smoke detectors in the warehouse to the deck. Relocate three smoke detectors in the office area away from the supply registers. No testing was performed. As builts need to be provided showing the 12 guage wire used in the notification circuit and the correction of the plan reviewers redline comments.
