Both of the underground supply cover inspection were called in under this permit. The installation did not match the approved plans which were not on site. I agreed to let the piping be covered under the conditions that I get to take a copy of shop drawings with "drawn" in new pipe routing and that plans are resubmitted showing the new pipe routing. Jeff agreed and I also contacted Randy. All piping was installed except for the riser stub outs for both buildings.
