(Vanilla Finish – Collister Shopping Center) Permit is to Remodel an existing 2,755 square foot retail space to provide separate sex restrooms and all other required fixtures. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create separate sex accessible restrooms, installation of new high / low drinking fountain, installation of new mop sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Resubmitt both plans due to: the floor plans don't match the actual wall layout, the site plan and addresses don't match, sprinkler heads used don't match whats installed. Also the insulation located at the deck is creating obstructions the the upright sprinkler heads. A 1" minimum clearance is required per NFPA 13.
