There are no additional review comments. 11/12/10:This quick permit is to provide door holders, associated smoke detectors for release of the door holders, and a notification device to a conference room close to the main entry area. The new devices are being added to the existing Simplex 4020 panel existing circuits. There are no written review comments. Approval is subject to field measurement of the EOL voltage drop. For appliances with an operating voltage range of 16V – 33V, the minimum acceptable voltage is 19.6V with the AC power off. Any measurement below this voltage will be considered insufficient to run the NACs at the end of useful battery life of 20.4V. UL 864, Standard for Control Units for Fire Signaling Systems. The installing contractor shall have available at final inspection a voltage meter and measure end of line voltages; witnessed by the field inspector. There is no associated building permit.
