The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of protecting a new addition. The addition has a warehouse and freezer. The existing system consists of several trees link to a center feed main. The new addition is a grid with 4”x2½x2” pipe sizing. The system is supplied by 8” Udg with yard Piv through a 6” backflow preventer. There is also a 2½” hose system. Building Department Scope:

B and D Foods - Warehouse and Freezer Addition - To construct a 12,585 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal building warehouse and freezer addition on the east side of an existing 26,000 square foot, one story office and warehouse building. The addition will have within it a 4,340 square foot freezer warehouse and an 895 square foot, wood framed mezzanine above the breakroom/restroom area. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
