The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a modified 13D sprinkler system. Sprinklers are required in all rooms.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for the construction of a new 4,403 sq. ft. one story single family dwelling with a daylight basement (basement 1,812 sq. ft. first story 2,591 sq. ft.) with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, approximately 612 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1,263 sq. ft. attached garage. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. R-1A zoning and setbacks per planning CDM A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946. ***Modified 13D Sprinkler system is required. Including all closets, foyers and one row of dry sidewall sprinklers on the garage wall. The main riser shall be located in the garage or comply with BMC 7-01-51***
