The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding one sprinkler and relocating one sprinkler on the third floor.

Contractor’s Note: Scope of Work
The fire protection scope of work does not seem to correlate with the building department scope of work. This review is based on the scope of work indicated in the fire sprinkler application.

If the fire protection scope of work does not correlate with the building department, scope of work than a Certificate of Occupancy may be held and not granted until all work within the building department scope of work is verified. New drawings showing all the sprinklers within the building department scope of work are required to be submitted and reviewed.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for a minor tenant improvement on the third floor to expand the 9,850 sq. ft. US Ecology space into an existing 2,147 sq. ft. tenant space, increasing the size of the tenant space to11,997 sq. ft. with work to include the removal of approximately 4 lineal feet of nonbearing partition wall, the construction of 16 lineal feet of partition wall and related interior finishes. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." Fire sprinklered for one hour substitution. All work per the approved plans. CDM
