The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a new wet pipe system above and below the ceiling for a new office/medical facility. The system is a tree type system with 6” underground approved under permit FIR11-00130. The tree type system utilizes a 2” main with 1¼" branch lines. The main riser and backflow preventer is 2½”. The single floor building construction has wood trusses and there is a high bay at the main entrance.


Building Department Scope:

Primary Health - To construct a new 5,275 square foot, one story, wood framed medical office building and related site improvements. This building will contain a reception and waiting area, offices, exam rooms, x-ray room, procedure room, five accessible restrooms and a break room. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
