The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a residential NFPA 13D sprinkler system for a new home. CPVC is being utilized and will be insulated in the attic.
Building Department Scope:
"This structure is located in Wildland Urban Interface zone A. - To construct a 3,339 sq.ft. one story with basement (2,099 sq.ft. 1st floor / 1,240 sq.ft. Basement floor) Single Family Dwelling with a: 805 sq.ft. attached garage, a 100 sq.ft. covered entry patio, a 869 sq.ft. 1st story covered balcony/patio, and a 410 sq.ft. covered basement level patio. All work shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class “A” non-combustible roof system with protection of eaves, soffits, facias, and exterior walls is required. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
