3/20/12 PLAN MODIFICATION (1 device affected): This quick permit plan modification is to provide additional as-built information - replacing an elevator lobby smoke detector with a heat detector and removing non-required hat-light function modules. Per the contractor, the smoke detector is being replaced with a heat detector because the lobby doors are constantly open to the exterior and are causing false alarms and problems with the smoke detector (see heat detector data sheet in submittal documents).
