This fire alarm permit is to provide notification throughout the first floor, adding and/or relocating devices as necessary to comply with 2010 NFPA 72 mounting and spacing requirements. The notification devices are being added to existing NAC extender panels located in the riser room.

Associated building permit: BLD11-00832 (CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES – CSC Building – entire 1st floor) Permit is to expand an existing 6,627 square foot 1st floor tenant into the entire 1st floor making them 17,910 square feet. This tenant will be vacating the 1,900 square feet they originally occupied on the 2nd floor under BLD07-03252. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create additional open office area, six additional offices, and two additional storage rooms], installation of new lighting, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
