Rough-in inspection for system 8 sub-fab mechanical continued. Field inspection concluded prior to a complete review due to the high number of deficiencies noted which include; spacing at upright heads up to 150ft2, one sprinkler inside a sheetrock wall, upright sprinkler deflectors throughout at the deck level are not in compliance with location criteria per NFPA 13 8.6.4.1.2, missing and overspaced coverage at the end of the sub-floor link branch line, missing retainers at several beam clamps for hangers on the 3" main to the in duct sprinklers, noted sprigs at one branch line out of axis, areas below ducts over 4' at some locations are unprotected or overspaced, coverage at all areas needs to meet obstruction guidelines per NFPA 13 8.6.5.2 and 8.6.5.3, lacking branchline restraint, unfinished install at various locations, modifications to the floorplan which are not protected or accounted for in the sprinkler design, etc.

NOTE:* Construction, installation of mechanical equipment, process piping etc. has been allowed to proceed to such a point where numerous areas of this new system piping and sprinklers are now inaccessible or concealed from view.
