The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a tenant finish out to an existing vanilla space. The existing system is a grid with 1¼", 1½” branch piping and 4” mains. New pendent sprinklers will be installed. New upright sprinkler will be installed around new full height walls. An owner’s certificate was provided. There will be no storage >12’. The storage is Class III textiles.


Building Department Scope:

Permit is to remodel an existing 3,990 square foot retail tenant space (space was created as a vanilla under BLD11-01009). This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: [installation of interior partition walls to create a stock room (S-1) area and a sales area], installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible sales and service counter, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
