This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm system with new and bring the building fire alarm system up to meet current code requirements (2009 IFC and 2010 NFPA 72). The system shall include a full manual system, notification throughout the office spaces (the warehouse does not require notification since it has rated separation from the office areas), sprinkler system monitoring, and elevator recall/shunt trip functions. No HVAC has been indicated on the plans. There is no associated building permit.
