(GAME STOP – Venture Development Bldg) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,683 square foot mixed use building. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new demising wall to separate the stock room from the sales floor, installation of new lighting, installation of a new hi/low drinking fountain, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
