The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and plugging sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The system has a 2” loop with small telescoping branch piping.


Building Department Scope:

(MORGAN STANLEY - US Bank – 4th floor) Permit is to expand an existing 10,536 square foot office space into the adjacent 1,691 square foot office space. This expansion will now give Morgan Stanley occupancy for the entire 4th floor. Permit BLD06-00768 was issued upgrade this entire floor. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two conference rooms, two offices, and additional open office area within the space], relocate existing break room sink, installation of new doors / hardware, installation of new tempered glazing, new lighting, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
