The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing protection in the System 2 Mechanical areas. There is upright sprinkler protection in a large mechanical area and loading dock. There is pendent sprinkler in a Temp Lab area, and several corridors. A large long chase is designated as non-combustible.

Note: The fire protection in the subfloor area below the AMHS Clean Link was not submitted and has not been reviewed at this time.

Building Department Scope:

Micron Building B50 - R&D Building - To construct a new 111,005 square foot, two story, with 71,855 square foot basement, concrete and steel semiconductor fabrication R & D facility and related site improvements. The first floor level is 89, 435 sq. ft. (60,100 sq. ft. finished and 29,325 sq. ft. unfinished). The second floor is a 21,570 sq. ft. mechanical space (16,170 sq. ft. used and 5,400 square feet future). The basement level (subfab.) has 43,295 sq. ft. finished and 28,560 unfinished. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
