I tested all of the fire sprinkler device interconnections with the fire alarm system. I also verified most corrections previously noted by Forrest. The smoke detector for door release located on the first floor is still an issue.

Overbooked due to inspection load. Contractor notified. I spoke to the installing electrician and deferred him to Romeo Gervais about the horn heights and the problem with placing the smoke detecotrs for door release within 5' and center of the doors. Romeo later called me back and stated that he is ok with the horn height as long as the required sound level is met but the smoke detectors for door release will need to meet code or an alternative will need to be proposed that meets the intent of the code. I also spoke to Jason with AEI about these issues.
