The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding an relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The majority of the sprinklers will be armed over from the existing shell protection with flex heads.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 12,368 sq. ft. tenant space to downsize to 4,596 sq. ft with work to include the removal of some interior nonbearing partition walls, construction of some new interior nonbearing partition walls, reconfiguration of existing lighting, reconfiguration of misc. ducting and related interior finishes. The area around the central restrooms will be reconfigured to create core restrooms with their own exit. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
