The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing protection for System 4 Clean Room Photo Bay and Clean Link Photo Bay. The Clean Room Photo Bay part of the system is a 4”x4”x2” grid with a 6” feed main. The Clean Link Photo Bay has above and below protection which is supplied by two long 2” branch lines.

Building Department Scope:

Micron Building B50 - R&D Building - To construct a new 111,005 square foot, two story, with 71,855 square foot basement, concrete and steel semiconductor fabrication R & D facility and related site improvements. The first floor level is 89, 435 sq. ft. (60,100 sq. ft. finished and 29,325 sq. ft. unfinished). The second floor is a 21,570 sq. ft. mechanical space (16,170 sq. ft. used and 5,400 square feet future). The basement level (subfab.) has 43,295 sq. ft. finished and 28,560 unfinished.
