This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing manual fire alarm system in to the tenant space. This permit scope of work includes adding and/or relocating notification to accommodate the tenant improvement and tie them in to existing circuits. There are no initiating devices affected by this scope of work.
Associated building permit: BLD11-00308 (**Vanilla Finish** - River Quarry Bldg "B" - Ste#210) Permit is to separate off a 12,488 square foot area off an existing 16,171 square foot 2nd floor tenant space for a new tenant. PLAN MODIFICATION 9-22-11 – Modification submitted to decrease area of vanilla finish and to include miscellaneous demo of interior non-bearing walls.**TLW** Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an extension to a nonrated corridor, create two new 4ft. openings, and to separate this space from the remainder], infill existing door opening, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
