Building Department Scope:

Permit for the construction of a 8,234 sq. ft., three story (basement 692 sq. ft., second story 6,893 sq. ft., third story 1,341 sq. ft.) with 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, approximately 1,119 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 2,589 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report, any notations and the attached engineering. Fire Sprinklers are required for this residence; per Boise Fire department Subdivision Plat note #13.A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
