The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of connecting to the previously installed 8” underground supply in the SE corner and extend up into the riser room with 8” pipe. In the riser room, the piping shall reduce to 6” and supply 6” header. A 6” pipe will be routed back down to connect to the previously installed 6” buried FDC. A 6” riser and feed main will supply a 4” cross main with 1¼", 1” side fed branch lines to protect system 11 (Future Mechanical Space and top of Stairs). A new 4” riser from the header will supply System 6 protecting (Electrical Room and Emergency Equipment Room) The 4” feed main will supply 1” side fed branch lines.

Building Department Scope:

Micron Building B50 - R&D Building - To construct a new 111,005 square foot, two story, with 71,855 square foot basement, concrete and steel semiconductor fabrication R & D facility and related site improvements. The first floor level is 89, 435 sq. ft. (60,100 sq. ft. finished and 29,325 sq. ft. unfinished). The second floor is a 21,570 sq. ft. mechanical space (16,170 sq. ft. used and 5,400 square feet future). The basement level (subfab.) has 43,295 sq. ft. finished and 28,560 unfinished.
