This fire alarm permit is to relocate one and add three new notification devices, and to connect a new hood suppression system connection to accommodate a tenant improvement. The new notification devices are to be added to an existing circuit. The hood suppression system is being connected to an existing spare conventional zone.

Associated building permit: BLD11-02386 (LITTLE CAESARS) Remodel for a new take-out pizza business in a 1,325 sq. ft. space (formerly occupied by the Postal Annex) within an existing Fred Meyer Shopping Center building. Work to include select interior demolition; construction of approximately 58 feet of framed wall, braced and supported per plans, with sheetrock on wall; interior finishes, suspended acoustical ceiling and grid; doors, frames, hardware and access panel; walk -in cooler, gas conveyor oven, hood, exhaust & make-up air; upgrade restroom for accessibility, add service sink; accessible portion of front service counter; electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire suppression and alarm systems modifications; and new roof top unit. NOTE: Accessible restrooms for use by public are located within Fred Meyers per letter of approval from Fred Meyers. This building is fully sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. drs

The new horn/strobes that have been installed are not the devices that have been submitted. Also as-built plans were not provided as required due to the NAC errors. Provide a data sheet for the new devices to plan review and as-builts.
