Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of add and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling construction. A portion of the space is changing from light hazard back to ordinary hazard II. The existing system is a 4”x3”x1½” grid with a 4” riser and 4” backflow preventer. The system utilizes extended coverage sprinklers. A portion of the system (manufacturing area) has a change of occupancy from light hazard to ordinary hazard
Building Department Scope:
(BASELINE, llc – Emerald Bldg “D” – Ste # 160) Permit is remodel an exsiting13,276 square foot tenant space be expanding into 1,358 square feet of vacant tenant space adjacent to this space. Also this remodel will change the primary use of this building from athletic training to office and fabrication. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of a noncombustible / nonbearing interior walls to create 12 new office spaces, an R&D area, an Engineering room, an Environmental Testing room, a manufacturing area, a break room and a conference room], installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, installation of a new sink, modify the existing HVAC system, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
