Shell building was constructed under BLD07-02112. Work to include construction of interior non-bearing walls to define tenant space, interior private office area, open office area, accessible compliant break room area, three small conference rooms, reception / waiting and support areas. Install accessible HI-LO drinking fountain, a service sink and one his and one hers fully accessible restrooms. Walls are to be constructed as indicated on plans by the architect. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area and story increase. Separate applications, plans, review approval are required for sprinkler system work and for alarm system work, all as regulated by the fire department. drs
