The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a wet pipe sprinkler system for a two level dwelling per NFPA 13D. All piping except for the riser will be CPVC.


Building Department Scope:

"This structure is located in Wildland Urban Interface zone A. Construction shall adhere to WUI construction standards." - To construct a new 6,492 square foot, One story w/ a daylight basement (3,689 square foot Main floor / 2,803 square foot Daylight basement) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two 1/2 baths, approximately 573 square feet of covered lower outdoor room, 770 square feet of main floor outdoor room, and a 2,228 square feet attached garage. All work shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This structure is located in WUI zone A and requires a class A fire-rated roofing material, noncombustible siding products and one hour fire rated soffits with no openings. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
