8/29/12 PLAN MODIFICATION (1 initiating device affected): This plan modification is to incorporate building floorplan changes, relocate the fire alarm panel and related smoke detector from the sprinkler riser area to an electrical equipment room, and provide a second duct detector.
4-20-12: This fire alarm permit is to provide a sprinkler monitoring system and a voluntary manual fire alarm system. This scope of work includes a pull station, a smoke detector, a remote annunciator panel, monitoring for the sprinkler system, a duct detector for HVAC shutdown/monitoring, and notification throughout the building.
