Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a wet and dry system for a skilled nursing facility. New 6” underground was installed under permit FIR11-00680. The underground supplies a 4” header with a backflow preventer. The residence wings are gridded and utilized CPVC as well as steel piping. A tree system layout of steel piping supplies the central area. The dry system uses attic sprinklers BB and AP. Construction is a mixture of standard trusses, composite wood joist and open wood joist. The composite wood joists are to be filled with noncombustible insulation, and fire stopped into 1603 spaces.
