1/23/13 Plan Modification (11 initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to provide additional smoke detectors due to beam locations and other building floor plan changes and to add release for magnetic door holders.
10/16/12 Plan Modification (7 initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to incorporate field changes to the fire alarm plan, provide additional smoke detectors due to beams, as well as reflect building plan changes.
7/3/12: This fire alarm permit is to provide a new manual and automatic fire alarm system in a new building. This scope of work includes a remote annunciator panel, sprinkler system monitoring (wet and dry system), hood suppression system monitoring, pull stations, smoke detectors, notification, in-duct detectors for f/s damper shutdown, and duct detectors for HVAC shutdown/monitoring, and magnetic door lock releasing functions.
