The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of 6”x24’± of underground through a 4” backflow preventer to a 4” header. The header has a3” wet system and a 2½” dry system. The dry system supplies the outside canopy. The tree type wet system has a 3” main with telescoping branch piping. The building for the most part has exposed open wood joist construction. The building will be used a combinations distillery and restaurant
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
