The underground flush failed but the overhead hydro test passed. As per discussion the underground supply line needs to be hydro tested at static plus 50psi for two hours.

Todays inspection was actually a cover inspection for the underground supply and a overhead rough-in. The underground supply can be buried and for the most part the rough-in is passed. Except for one head as marked on the plans is overspaced and plans need to be resubmitted addressing the additional fitting in the piping to the remote area. The new fittings appear to be due to pipe routing changes.
