This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new. This permit scope of work includes manual pull stations at every exit, smoke detectors in the corridors and above the panels, notification in public/common spaces, notification in 9 hearing impaired rooms, and system detectors in place of single station smoke alarms in the hearing impaired rooms. Non-hearing impaired rooms have existing single station smoke alarms that shall remain. There is no associated building permit.
