9/21/12 Plan Modification (no initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to indicate phone lines for monitoring, revised matrix to include offsite supervision, and to change the circuiting of the new smoke detectors so they are now on their own circuit.
9/10/12: This fire alarm permit is to replace existing 120V multiple-station alarms with system smoke detectors and tie them in to the existing fire alarm system. Per a letter from Mark Grimes of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, this facility is to fully evacuate upon any smoke detector actuation. There is no associated building permit.
