Plan modifications need to be submitted showing the actual wall layout, new devices/deleted devices and new circuits. Also include the correct model of duct smoke detectors used on the hvac units. I also will need the breaker identified and locked out, building map posted and NFPA 72 forms.

Project is not ready for inspection. The system had not been turned on or pre-tested prior to inspection. I performed a walk around and noted on the city approved plans located where strobes are over spaced, have been added or deleted. It appears that strobes to the east of column line 8 will be blocked by racking that exceeds 6' in height. We did set off the audio/visuals after activating the panel and I found that neither the audio or visuals are sync'd. Per the fire alarm plans examiner due to small safety factor for the EOL voltages any changes will require a plan modification. Per Romeo it will be ok for the owner to stock if the fire alarm is inspected to verify that sprinkler and hvac monitoring is in place.
