This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing fire alarm system in to the new housing pod. This scope of work includes adding a new remote power supply for notification, smoke detection in the corridors, notification at guard stations, elevator recall and shunt trip functions, release of fire doors at elevators, monitoring a new sprinkler riser system, HVAC shutdown & fire/smoke damper shutdown using area smoke detection coverage, and providing a VESDA system for the cells.
