This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing panel that is failing. This permit scope of work includes sprinkler monitoring (three risers), a smoke detector above the FACP, and a pull station. No HVAC was shown. If duct detectors are required for HVAC shutdown/monitoring, a plan modification will be required. There is no associated building permit.
NOTE: This building is unoccupied and is therefore being treated as a sprinkler monitored building. Once the building is occupied, it will need to be re-evaluated for manual system requirements.
