Todays inspection verified that the seismic bracing had been installed on the gridded system in the Cafeteria. This included the branchlines and the far main.

Todays inspection was for the remaining first floor east corridor which has not been connected but is ok to cover. Also todays inspection was for the cafeteria which was already covered. Seismic bracing is missing on the branch lines and the 1 1/2" far main. Also the pipe routing has been modified for the branchlines and the new arm overs to the pendant heads. Plan modifications are required showing all of these changes and all of the other piping changes through-out the new system. Include the sprinkler heads model changes and revised hydraulic calculations.

See the city approved plans for the first floor areas where the sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Plan modifications may be needed showing the different sprinkler pendants installed and pipe routing changes. Contractor needs to have a conversation with the sprinkler plan reviewer to get a resolution.

RTC 2nd floor is mostly ok. Contractor needs to get with plan review but it appears a plan modification is needed since viking pendants were installed instead of tyco. Also the earthquake bracing has not been installed as shown on the plans. I'm ok with the second floor lay-in tile being installed in all locations except where I will need to view earth quake bracing.
