Construction of 4 new offices, a conference room, work/coffee bar, open area using existing demountable wall system and plumbing. Work to include a 20 minute door with a wire glass side lite in an existing 1-hr corridor to comply with applicable codes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for high-rise provisions. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits will be required for necessary building fire protection systems modifications; as regulated by the Fire Department.
