The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
(Zions Bank – Early Start Tenant Improvement – Ste# 700) A partial permit is issued for construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical while the plans for the space are being reviewed under BLD13-00903. Any construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being endorsed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
