The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing a new 6”x4”x2” grid system supplied through 8” underground, 6” backflow preventer and a 6” riser. The system is protecting a warehouse with four different commodities utilizing ESFR K=25.2 sprinklers. The commodities include Class I-IV 20’ high, tires stored on tread 25’ high, cartoned Group A unexpanded plastics on racks 20’ high and cartoned Group A expanded plastics 5’ high. The building is 18’-3” high to the bottom of the z purlins.

The underground was installed under permit FIR13-00439

Western Aircraft Parts Warehouse - To construct a new 13,730 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal parts warehouse and office building. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
