The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

To build-out for the first time a new retail tenant in a 13,184 sq. ft. building per approved plans. Shell building done under permit BLD13-00729. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to divide this space into sales area, storage room, office, two fully accessible restrooms for men/women, prep. room, demo area, break room, and locker room; install a suspended ceiling grid system, drinking fountains, service sink, electrical, mechanical & plumbing; and related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. NOTE: This building is required to be fire sprinklered for occupancy & area increase provisions. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. A Certificate of Occupancy with the occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. **SRZ**
