The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

*** 11-14-13 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: KITCHEN & RESTROOM LAYOUT CHANGES DUE TO NEW FIRE RISER LOCATION; ADDED ADDITIONAL LIGHTING FIXTURE IN EACH RESTROOM ** SRZ. To build-out for the first time a 2,002 square foot tenant space for use by a restaurant in an existing shell building constructed under BLD13-00730. Work to include: new concrete slab floor; construction of interior nonbearing walls to create: Dining room, kitchen, kitchen prep. room, serving area, and two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; install a gypsum ceiling; install a walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; new light fixtures and plumbing fixtures; install a new HVAC unit and duct work; intstall new Type I hoods; and relocate an existing door and modify an existing storefront at the South elevation. All work per the approved plans, red-lined comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. A Certificate of Occupancy with the occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has an approved alarm system. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ**
