The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a fabrication area and a warehouse space. An 8” underground through an 8” yard PIV supplies an 8” backflow preventer and 8” header with one 6” wet system and one 4” wet system. The warehouse area is design as a 6”x4”x3” grid with K=25 sprinklers protecting parts for the manufacturing of semi-trailers. The fabrication area is protected has a 4”x2 ½”x1 ½” grid.

Western Trailer - Fabrication and Warehouse - To Construct a new 54,500 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal fabrication and warehouse building with a 715 square foot office mezzanine. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
