The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
This permit includes the gym and group fitness area in suite 220 and the office/mercantile/locker room located in suite 210. Tenant improvement plans include nonbearing noncombustible walls to create the 2,793 sq. ft. gym, 1,116 sq ft group fitness, 318 sq ft boutique, 5 offices 2 locker room and a family assist restroom. The non-rated corridor construction is included in this tenant improvement. Scope of work includes associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. New suspended ceilings and hard ceilings in the rest room and locker rooms will be constructed. There is access to the parking garage between the two suites however this is not an exit. The drinking fountain and floor sink are fixtures are utilized from the core area. Special inspection required for Aspen Tree Wall as per plans and documents. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All high-rise fire and life safety systems must also be installed and operational before occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **AJS**
