Completion of fire alarm interface for Jump Bldg (above parking garage), including 5th and 6th floor wet pipe waterflows, tampers, etc.
Test of 6 dry-pipe valves supplying standpipes for exit stairs in the above ground parking garage - three located at grade level, and three located in the lower parking garage. All six tested satisfactorily, including low-air alarms and waterflow alarms. All six dry pipe valves were trip tested to ensure proper operation.
NOTE: U/G parking and Helix systems are on a separate permit.

Hydrotest of dry pipe valve supplying standpipe for stair A01, which is located in the above grade parking garage.

Hydrotest of first fllor dry pipe system protecting A/G parking garage (around Helix). 200 psi @ 2 hours - PASSED

Hydrotest of wet pipe system protecting Makers Room at the top level of the parking garage - 200 psi @ 2 hours - PASSED

Completed rough-in inspection at the 4th floor plan sheet FP17. Items noted include; obstructed ECU at the filing room, missing coverage at a closet not shown on plan adjacent to a storage room, overspaced ECU at two locations within the heilix, provide pendent at new drop ceiling formerly OTS, relocate upright sprinkler at the center storage room A23 to meet design spacing. Locations marked on plan set.

Completed rough-in inspection at the 5th floor level plan sheet FP-18. Items noted include; blocked upright coverage at an electrical room, EC upright in contact with a wall, separation distance at two EC uprights is not met, drum drip at the dry system remote end is not accessible, field modifications at remote area 3 include an additional branchline and added pendent heads at the perimeter soffits, provide label at relocated dry system inspectors test, construction at the elevator lobby bay doors and concealed space incomplete, need to remove foil at uprights once painting is finished. Refer to dated plan annotations.

Rough to cover passed for 4th floor Bathrooms and the 3rd floor Hallway as marked on the city approved plans with todays date.
